What is Solid-Liquid Separator ‘Slit Saver’ ?
As the words suggest, it is a device for separating solid component from liquid.
There are many kinds of solid- liquid separators in the world. However, all most all of those machines get clogged during operation. The clogging causes the decline in treatment capacity and sometimes a device would become completely useless in the end.
To prevent those problems, devices require filter replacement or labour-consuming cleaning.
Slit Saver is a device which reduces the loss of treatment capacity and the time and labour for cleaning and provides stable operation.

Installation in THAILAND
Neutral Inorganic Flocculant(TENSEY-15A)
Inorganic flocculant with a low environmental impact, made mainly from red soil, which is abundant in Thailand. TENSEY is almost neutral and able to flocculate solid content only by itself. Therefore, there is no need to use many kinds of chemicals. Besides, merely by putting TENSEY directly into wastewater and mixing together, large flocs are formed in a short time. Furthermore, because all the materials are available in Thailand, the price is much lower than other similar flocculants.

Neutral Inorganic Solidifier(TENSEY-5K)
In the natural world or industrial wastewater, livestock wastewater, etc., there are many highly concentrated types, muddy sludge, in other words. For example, soft soil in the ground, bottom mud in rivers, sludge from abandoned industrial effluents (e.g. untreated sludge stored in palm oil drainage ponds), etc. are very difficult to treat.
Because the concentration is too high, treatment becomes extremely problematic.
With our newly developed solidifier, it is possible to change the sludge from a free-flowing state to a transportable state.
This is TENSEY-5K, a neutral inorganic solidifier with low environmental impact, made mainly from red soil, which is abundant in Thailand.
With the right amount of this solidifier added and stirred, sludge solidifies in a short period of time and the solidified sludge is highly water resistant.
Moreover, on organic sludge, it can be effectively used as a fertilizer by granulating.

The solidification occurs after 2-3 days of natural drying, after mixing with 2-3% of muddy water etc. with a solid content of 10% or more.
